IntelligentMDx is seeking a legal intern interested in gaining patent law and corporate transactional law experience. The position will be a part-time unpaid position (20 hours per week).

The ABC Studios Business Affairs Department negotiates and drafts agreements for above-the-line talent (producers, writers, directors and casting directors) for network and cable television programs and provides support for the series and ancillary activities.
The legal intern observes and participates in a variety of tasks in connection with the activities of the business affairs department ranging from drafting agreements to attending meeting negotiations.
ABC Studios Legal Affairs is responsible for all legal work associated with the television series produced by ABC Studios and its related companies. This work includes the drafting and negotiation of above-the-line talent agreements and other production agreements, legal clearance, legal research and screen credits.
HFA’s legal department offers internships to students who are in their 2nd and 3rd years of law school and to LLM candidates who are interested in working in the music industry.
