Summer ’15 – “1L Summer Intern” – Blackboard; Washington, DC

Blackboard has an opening for a 1L summer intern position working in our global headquarters located in Washington, D.C. This position represents a great opportunity to see the inner workings of in-house legal department of a dynamic global technology company. The experience will be excellent preparation for a private practice as the intern will learn first-hand about the expectations and needs of corporate clients.

Spring ’15 – “Legal Intern (Medxcel)” – TriMedx; Indianapolis, IN

The Legal Intern will report to the Legal Services Manager. This position will be focused on Medxcel’s international business to develop a playbook (to include legal, regulatory, tax and employment concerns) based on the attributes of entering an international market.
