The compliance/legal intern provides support services to the Corporate Compliance Officer in a wide variety of projects focused in the area of corporate compliance and privacy. May also support the General Counsel. Estimated 16-24 hours per week for a minimum of 10 weeks. This is an unpaid position. In cooperation with college/university may consider it an externship.

Duties to include:
- Assisting with Compliance Database Preparation of memos / spreadsheets
- Upload physician contracts and maintenance of Contracting database
- Filing and Closing Compliance Matters

The Legal and Public Affairs intern will work on the L&PA team, spending most of/all of their time on the Enterprise Compliance team. Our intern will gain broad exposure on Legal and Public Affairs matters relative to organizational compliance

This internship position will provide exposure to a variety of corporate legal functions, including litigation support, contract administration, and compliance initiatives. Responsibilities will include legal research, preparation of contract summaries, and assisting with implementation of compliance plans.
