We are pleased to offer a full-time paid summer internship in our Claims Legal Division. Claims Legal is responsible for representing American Family and its insureds in claim-related litigation, and to provide practical advice and education to American Family’s Claim Division and other business partners on matters involving claims and insurance coverage. Monitor, research and assist with legal/regulatory matters related to rates and services, infrastructure replacement, commercial transactions and regulatory compliance activities that are subject to the jurisdiction of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).

Spring ’15 – “Legal Intern (Medxcel)” – TriMedx; Indianapolis, IN

The Legal Intern will report to the Legal Services Manager. This position will be focused on Medxcel’s international business to develop a playbook (to include legal, regulatory, tax and employment concerns) based on the attributes of entering an international market.
